Job Summary:
Harmony Care LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Specialist to drive agency growth and referral development. This role focuses on increasing census and strengthening relationships with key healthcare providers, including physician offices, rehabs, hospitals, residential care institutions, and other community medical organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, sales strategy, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Referral & Census Growth
- Develop and nurture relationships with physician offices, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to generate client referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong partnerships with existing referral sources.
Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Set clear sales goals and action plans to expand Harmony Care’s presence in the healthcare community.
- Track, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities and implement improvements as needed.
Business Development & Networking
- Represent the company at networking events, industry trade shows, and professional meetings to promote Harmony Care’s services.
- Lead community outreach efforts to increase awareness and build long-term partnerships.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the Administrator and Office Manager to align marketing and business development strategies with company goals.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, sales calls, and referral partner interactions.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, competitive analysis, and referral pipeline updates.
Other Responsibilities
- Attend training workshops and professional development sessions as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Administrator or Office Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development (home care, hospice, or healthcare setting preferred).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with referral partners and community stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to drive referral growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
