SPANISH SPEAKER IS MUST FOR THIS JOB`
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of medical administrative support procedures and terminology
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties and front desk operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Opendental
