Director of Nursing Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at Harmony Dubuque. As the heart of the Clinical Department, you will be responsible for ensuring our residents receive exceptional care by instilling a positive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, inspiring your clinical team, and overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department.

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in science, nursing, or related field
- Unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- 5 years of R.N. experience
- Previous experience managing a department
- Prior Director of Nursing or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
