We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at Harmony Dubuque. As the heart of our Clinical Department, you will be responsible for ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care possible.
Your work will involve instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, inspiring your clinical team, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department.
To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of R.N. experience, an unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license, and previous experience managing a department. Prior Director of Nursing or experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
