Santa Rosa Production Nursery - Greenhouse Production Technician
For over 40 years, Harmony Farm Supply & Nursery has been a renowned establishment for organic farming and gardening expertise and supplies. Locally owned, we are based in Sebastopol with additional facilities in Petaluma, Fulton, and Santa Rosa.

We have an immediate need for Greenhouse Production Technicians with the following skills and abilities to join the team at our Santa Rosa production facility locations. This is a temporary position that will start immediately and run through May 2025.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Commitment to producing high-quality organic plant starts.
· Ensure the excellent health and growth of plants including proper watering, fertilization, pruning, spacing, spraying, integrated pest management (IPM), and temperature control.
· Plant maintenance including potting, staking, preparing and sticking cuttings, seed collecting and processing, weed control.
· Excellent customer experience with a friendly, professional attitude.
· Knowledge or willingness to learn: organic vegetable production, organic fertilizer, pest and disease control, tools, and irrigation, so that you may advise the public on best practices.
· Accurately complete paperwork according to procedure.
· Assist other departments as requested..
