Position Summary:
Reporting to the CEO, the Business Development Director is responsible for all business development efforts and works in tandem with the admissions department to develop, monitor, and streamline all admissions and marketing efforts. The Business Development Director directly manages the marketing staff, digital content staff, and works closely with the admissions department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans, directs and monitors marketing and brand development for the organization.
- Promotes the mission, vision and values of the company both externally and internally.
- Responsible for ensuring a consistent number of admissions to the organization in order to achieve the financial goals of the organization.
- Builds and manages high value accounts and referral relationships.
- Ensures financial responsibility of the business development department including managing the business development budget and expense accounts.
- Responsible for the hiring, training and development of marketing team members
- Develops high level marketing and brand development strategy.
- Attends local and national conferences to further the building of relationships for the organization.
- Maintain a collaborative working relationship with the admissions team
- Works with admissions and case management departments to refer participants to outside organizations.
- Grow and develop marketing metrics systems (such as Salesforce) to track workflow and results.
- Institute policies and procedures with regard to marketing.
- Actively participates with leadership team and leadership structure.
- Resolves complaints from marketing accounts, staff and clients.
- Oversees community engagement events.
- Builds strong collaborative relationships with customers and referral sources and acts as a representative of Harmony Grove within the community.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers at all levels of the organization
- Three years of behavioral health business development experience
- Ability to demonstrate respect for cultural and lifestyle diversities of clients and staff
- Knowledge of current legal standards pertaining to professional practice, reporting requirements, and professional boundaries
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Weekends as needed
