Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant preferabbly with a background in healthcare to work alongside the CEO of multiple organizations. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to support a dynamic leader managing businesses primarily in the healthcare industry, along with real estate development and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities :
Schedule Management : Ensure the CEO stays aligned with a demanding schedule, including preparing him for meetings, site visits, and events.
Travel Support : Accompany and drive the CEO to various locations within the state, ensuring punctuality and efficiency.
Employee Engagement : Maintain a personal connection between the CEO and organization employees by keeping him informed of their career goals and significant life events.
Communication Management : Serve as a primary point of contact, responding to text messages and emails on behalf of the CEO and reminding him of verbal commitments.
Operational Support : Act as a buffer between the CEO and staff, ensuring expectations are communicated and met by the team in advance of the CEO’s arrival.
Errands and Personal Assistance : Assist with daily tasks, including arranging errands, managing vehicle maintenance (e.g., car washes), and picking up laundry.
Task Coordination : Handle miscellaneous delegated tasks to support the CEO’s professional and personal productivity.
Meeting Notes
Create meeting notes for CEO for all meetings and remind to follow up on discussed topics or tasks.
Qualifications :
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel within the state.
Proficiency in managing schedules, emails, and basic administrative tools
Organization Skills
Proficient on Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks
