Job Summary :
Responsible for assisting the Clinical Director in overseeing and developing the Clinical department including hiring, supervision, evaluation and scheduling. Provide clinical training to clinical staff and interns. Must have a positive and supportive attitude toward the company and its overall success. Provide both clinical and personnel supervision of the clinical staff. Must have the ability to think globally, solve problems and have good decision-making skills, including critical thinking skills.
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day clinical tasks and supports the Clinical Director as they coordinate the global and administrative tasks. The role of the Clinical Supervisor requires administrative management skills as well as clinical skills. The ideal candidate is an assertive communicator, completes tasks with urgency, and supports the clinical team daily.
Education and Experience :
- Must be licensed , LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LCDC, or equivalent in the State of practice. License must be current and in good standing.
- Proficient in Providing Direction, Influencing, Coaching and Developing others, Motivation, Fostering Teamwork, Managing Conflict, Decision Making, Effective Communication, and Active Listening
- Ability to work as a team member and possess strong management, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and be flexible in relation to department needs
- Knowledge of HIPAA laws, Drug Free Workplace Policies, Workplace Violence
- Knowledge of Corporate Integrity and Compliance Programs. Strong computer literacy and in current technology.
