About the Role:

As a Housekeeper at Recovery By The Sea, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all areas of the facility are kept in pristine condition, which is essential for the health and well-being of our residents. You will be expected to follow established cleaning protocols and procedures, while also adapting to the unique needs of our facility. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will directly contribute to the overall quality of care provided to our clients. Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to speak and understand English proficiently.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
• Experience in following oral and written instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or similar environment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
• Familiarity with infection control practices.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Follow oral and written instructions to complete cleaning schedules and special requests from management.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring that linens and personal items are cleaned and returned in a timely manner.
