About the Role:
As a Housekeeper at Recovery By The Sea, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to speak and understand English proficiently.
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
- Experience in following oral and written instructions accurately.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or similar environment.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
- Familiarity with infection control practices.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Follow oral and written instructions to complete cleaning schedules and special requests from management.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring that linens and personal items are cleaned and returned in a timely manner.
