Job Title : Nursing Manager
Job Summary :
As a Nurse Manager at Harmony Health Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and the smooth operation of our nursing department. Your will provide effective leadership and management to a team of nurses, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, managing staff schedules, and ensuring adequate staffing levels. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, discharge plans, and clinical management strategies.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and management to a team of nurses, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, discharge plans, and clinical management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Working Conditions and Environment :
Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5pm and On-Call Schedule
