Job Title : Transport Supervisor

Position Overview :

The Transport Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for clients of our addiction rehabilitation facility. This position involves overseeing all transportation operations, coordinating schedules, and managing a team of drivers while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, leadership, and strong organizational skills to support the well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise Transportation Operations :

Oversee daily transport schedules for clients, ensuring timely arrivals and departures for appointments, therapies, and activities.

Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients during transport, addressing any concerns and facilitating a positive experience.

Maintain compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, including licensing, insurance, and vehicle maintenance standards.

Develop and implement protocols for handling emergencies or unexpected situations during transport.

Work closely with facility staff to coordinate transport needs and address any scheduling conflicts.

Keep accurate records of transport schedules, vehicle maintenance, and incident reports.

If not on a transport, will act as a support for the Program Director assisting in covering Behavioral Health Technician duties.
