Key Responsibilities:
Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Epic’s reporting tools (e.g., Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Crystal Reports, Cubes, Clarity, Dashboards Business Objects).
Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and operational staff to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for reports, including data sources, logic, and usage instructions.
Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Support and Training: Provide support and training to end-users on how to use reports and dashboards effectively.
Compliance: Ensure all reports comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
SQL Certification required
Experience:
Minimum of 1 years of experience with Epic reporting tools.
Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools.
Certifications: Epic certification in Reporting Workbench, Clarity, or Cogito preferred but experience may be considered in lieu of a certification

Pay: $52,000.00 - $67,350.00 per year
