Key Responsibilities
Healthcare Consulting Firm Prospecting
· Identify and target healthcare consulting firms, focusing on partner-level contacts.
· Develop tailored outreach strategies to build meaningful relationships with decision-makers.
· Present Harmony’s value proposition effectively.
· Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, tracking progress and outcomes.
Physician Leadership Prospecting
· Identify and engage with physician leadership responsible for utilization management.
· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges.
· Position Harmony’s solutions as essential tools for improving utilization management outcomes.
· Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including consulting firms and physician leadership structures.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team.
· Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
