Responsibilities and Competencies as a Sales Representative:
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Supervise and optimize work teams and operational processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the company's general operations.
Manage workflows and propose continuous improvements to ensure that all processes function correctly and in an optimized manner.
Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring fluid communication and meeting their expectations.
Generate task management reports, project progress and weekly compliance with objectives with clients and the work team.
Manage budgets, perform financial planning and maintain control of operating costs.
Ensure compliance of all operations with applicable legal regulations and standards.
Required Skills to be our Sales Representative:
Ability to manage tasks efficiently, tracking time and allocating resources appropriately.
Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring their effective execution.
Mastery of agile tools and methodologies for project management.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to lead work teams.

Requirements:
Academic qualifications: Professional qualification in Administrative areas, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in coordination or management positions in the Staffing and/ or Outsourcing sector.
Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual level).
Valid US work visa or work permit.
Availability to work in Miami, full-time and permanent.
Negotiable base salary between $60,000 and $72,000 annually.
Salary : $60,000 - $72,000
