What You’ll Do:
- Welcome clients with a smile and check in their furry family members.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk.
- Educate clients on services, products, and care recommendations.
- Maintain exam rooms & ensure rooms are ready for our next patient.
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to create a positive experience for every client and pet.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, outgoing personality and a passion for helping people and animals.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems (we’ll provide training!).
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting is strongly desired.
- Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure—pets can be unpredictable!

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
