Hospice Home Health Aide / CNA
Northern Homecare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of home care professionals. This position is available part-time currently but has potential of full-time status futuristically.
We’re looking for Home Health Aides to cover home visits in multiple counties. Are you willing to cover home visits in Manistee, Mason, and Oceana counties? Our HHAs serve both hospice and home health patients.

Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements:
- CNA license
- Previous home health care experience, preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Strong ability to use critical thinking and education when performing job tasks
- Ability to consistently connect with patients one-on-one
- Responsible, compassionate, and caring demeanor
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing services in accordance with the patient’s plan of care
- Working with the nurse in providing the best possible care for patients
Job Type: Part-time to start / possibly full-time in the future
Pay: $20 - $22 per hour (Compensation is based on experience)
