Position: Hotel Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the hotel property. This position requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC system checks, lighting systems, plumbing, and electrical repairs.

Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests to ensure their comfort and safety.

Room Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and grounds to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, including kitchen, laundry, and HVAC systems, to ensure their efficient operation.

Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance measures to keep equipment and facilities in good condition and extend their lifespan.

Qualifications:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform duties such as lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in maintenance or related field is a plus.
