Horizon Health, Inc. is seeking a full time Assisted Living RN Director for Harmony House in Pierz, MN. Harmony House is an assisted living community with a focus on memory care.
The director/RN position will maintain procedures of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Responsible for leadership of Harmony House oversight of all staff to ensure compliance with necessary rules and procedures and educate direct care staff in proper care procedures.
