Job Summary:
Harmony Insurance Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our commercial lines producers and clients by handling policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day client interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist commercial clients with policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and certificates of insurance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and processing service requests efficiently.
- Work closely with producers to prepare and submit applications, proposals, and policy documents.
- Follow up on renewals to ensure timely processing and accuracy of coverage.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records within the agency management system.
- Assist with claims reporting and coordination between clients and insurance carriers.
- Communicate effectively with underwriters and insurance carriers to ensure seamless policy servicing.
- Stay informed about industry trends, policy changes, and coverage options to better serve clients.
- Support agency sales efforts by identifying potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial insurance customer service or a similar role preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
