Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and support the mission, vision, and values of Harmony Public Schools
- Model and instill a love of learning in students
- Design and implement effective instruction that meets the needs of diverse learners
- Plan and deliver lesson plans that maximize student engagement and learning
- Utilize technology to support and differentiate instruction
- Conduct tutoring sessions to meet individual student needs
- Manage student behavior and maintain a positive classroom environment
- Encourage and monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Attend meetings and participate in staff development opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with parents and colleagues
