Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counseling Technician Manager located in Estes Park, CO. The Counseling Technician Manager will be responsible for overseeing counseling technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, coordinating with medical and clinical teams, managing schedules, and providing direct support to clients. Daily tasks will include administrative duties, staff training, monitoring treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Management and leadership skills for overseeing staff and coordinating services
- Experience in addiction treatment and counseling, including knowledge of medical detox and residential care
- Administrative skills such as scheduling, record-keeping, and compliance monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work on-site in Estes Park, CO
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field preferred
- Certification or licensure in addiction counseling is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
