About Us
We are seeking a seasoned and sales-minded leader with lease up experience to join our leadership team at Harmony at Hockessin. This community features Independent Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care resident settings and is located in an area known for its rich history and culture.
Your Role
You will serve as the CEO responsible for leading your community's daily operations, associate relations, resident and resident family engagement and connection, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. You will create and execute the business plan and develop the team to continue the tradition of being the premier senior living community in the area, while growing revenue and profitability in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Three (3) years of senior living Executive Director experience
- Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability growth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
