As the Healthcare Director (RN), you will lead and coordinate the delivery of clinical services plans and monitor to ensure that they meet and service and health needs of the residents and promote wellness. Areas of focus will be directing the nurses and certified nursing assistants within the community to maintain a high standard of care; communicating in a professional manner and representing the Community in a positive way with the medical community, family members, and residents; and maintaining regulatory compliance for the Community.

Requirements
- Current RN license in the State of West Virginia in good standing
- Three (3) years of senior living clinical leadership experience
