Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as lead server, ensuring that meals are served promptly and with a smile.
- Supervise daily assignments of servers, ensuring proper training and coverage to meet business needs.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Assist with interviewing and hiring process of applicants for server positions.
- Conduct training for new and current servers.
- Oversee seating and timing of meals and dining experience.
- Report any broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must secure and maintain Serv-Safe certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for sustained periods, lift 50 lbs regularly, and carry heavy objects.
