Key Accountabilities
- Preparing and Presenting Food: Prepare and present high-quality food to our residents, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintaining a Clean Environment: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including floors, equipment, and dining areas.
- Safe Handling of Food: Safely handle and store food and ingredients to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illness.
Working Conditions
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, kneel, walk for extended periods, and tolerate temperature extremes, wet/humid conditions, and noise.
- Lifting and Carrying: Lifting 50 pounds and carrying heavy objects up to 20 feet.
- Flexible Schedule: Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
