As the Executive Director, you will be the CEO responsible for leading your community’s daily operations, associate relations, resident and resident family engagement and connection, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Creates and executes the business plan and develops the team to continue the tradition of being the premier senior living community in the area, while growing revenue and profitability in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams. Creates an inclusive community culture that prioritizes high quality resident experiences and care.
Requirements:
- Current state RH Administrator licensure
- Three (3) years of senior living Executive Director experience
