The ideal candidate will have prior experience in outside sales, preferably in HR, outsourcing or staffing services, and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in various industries.
- Present and promote the company's services (outsourcing, staffing, HR consulting, etc.) to both existing and new clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with key clients.
- Prepare business proposals and negotiate agreements.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and client needs in the HR and Staffing sectors.
- Work closely with the recruiting and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
