Knowledge of codes and regulations applicable to educational institutions in the U.S., including specific regulatory requirements for these types of projects. Ability to manage projects that meet high standards of safety, accessibility, and energy efficiency. Location: Houston, Texas Salary: $150k - $180k annually.
