We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics providing comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits via a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric / Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists / neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above, treating each patient with compassion and respect.
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across digital and traditional media, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role is critical in ensuring the organization’s visibility, patient retention, and brand promotion across all channels.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the marketing domain, including at least 3 years as a marketing manager, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
- Candidate must have a master’s degree.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
