What are the responsibilities and job description for the SCRUM Master/ Business Analyst position at HarmonyTech?
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, to ensure effective team collaboration and communication
- Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering an environment conducive to high performance
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
- Utilize Agile methodologies to guide teams in delivering high-quality digital/web services and solutions
- Monitor and report on team progress, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and adherence to Agile principles
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote Agile practices and enhance team capabilities
- Analyze complex information and data, making it understandable for team members and stakeholders
- Challenge reported information and sources to identify inconsistencies and drive accountability
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a medium to large Agile enterprise
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) is preferred
- Strong familiarity with digital/web services and solutions, particularly in Agile and open-source development environments
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills to interrogate information and challenge inconsistencies
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and foster positive relationships with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
