Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage production support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that optimize internal processes.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to review data and extrapolate actionable insights.
- Maintain technical proficiency in relevant programming languages and development tools.
- Apply structured programming principles and system analysis techniques in daily tasks.
- Design and implement system solutions in accordance with industry standards.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with established principles.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for production issues as they arise.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role within the information technology sector.
- Proven knowledge of multiple IT systems and their functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically examine systems and processes.
- Technical proficiency in relevant programming languages and development tools.
- Thorough understanding of structured programming principles and system analysis techniques.
- Experience in system design, implementation, and adherence to industry-standard testing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
