What are the responsibilities and job description for the Task Manager (Technical Integrator/Environments) position at HarmonyTech?
Position is in the National Capital Region (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia) and requires U.S. citizenship.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams in analyzing, scoping, planning, and executing complex digital and web solutions.
- Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to enhance project success.
- Monitor project progress, track performance, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- 8 years of experience leading technical projects, with a focus on digital/web solutions.
- Strong expertise in project analysis, scoping, solutioning, and planning.
- Extensive experience across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-team collaboration effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, or related fields) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
