Position Summary
Traceable by Harness is seeking driven sales champions who are as passionate about shaping the future of DevSecOps as they are about consistently exceeding their sales targets.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will create and execute strategic sales plans to forge new client relationships and drive growth within your designated territory, with a primary focus on promoting Traceable by Harness next generation AI native DevSecOps platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new opportunities in enterprise accounts.
- Execute a highly disciplined and metric-driven sales process.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the customer by developing deep relationships with both end-users of the Traceable product and C-level executives.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of at least 3x revenue target to achieve revenue quota on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Translating security risks into value metrics for customers
- Maintain a high level of relevant technical & industry knowledge.
- Expect moderate travel.
About You
- 3 years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience.
- Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS technologies.
- Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new enterprise customers.
- Successful track record in driving consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement.
- Experience selling through a channel led motion.
- Prior experience in a highly dynamic, startup environment.
- Background in MEDDPICC.
- Ability to communicate business and technical value to all levels of management.
- Highly motivated, driven and self-directed individual with grit.
- Excellent communication, persuasive, and listening skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $163,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position also includes a commission/variable component, which is based on performance, plus equity, and benefits.
