An international skincare brand is seeking a Brand Manager to lead and scale their presence in the U.S. market. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role offers the opportunity to drive end-to-end brand strategy, product innovation, and marketing execution in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of brand management, from consumer research to product launch
- Drive innovation by leading pipeline strategy, testing, and cross-functional execution
- Collaborate with digital and creative teams to develop direct-to-consumer marketing content
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform brand growth strategy
- Partner with R&D, regulatory, and legal teams to ensure successful product development
Ideal Candidate Background:
- 5–7 years of brand management experience in skincare, beauty, pharma, or a related space
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Strong grasp of innovation, product development, and digital marketing
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
