Title : Director of Data Science

We are seeking a Director of Data Science to lead and expand our growing team. This role will be responsible for doubling the team from four to eight members over the next year, managing performance, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving the technical direction of the team. The ideal candidate has a deep background in data science, AI, and machine learning, along with proven leadership and hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee team performance, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and progress tracking through OKRs.
- Lead hiring efforts to scale the data science team while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular 1 : 1s, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings to maintain momentum and foster innovation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the product and sales teams, to drive strategy with a focus on lead scoring and optimization .
