We're partnering with a leading non-profit that addresses educational inequities by delivering outstanding public education through innovative programs, dedicated educators, and community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term technology roadmap to modernize and streamline the tech stack, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and performance
- Assess current systems, processes, and infrastructure, optimizing where necessary and introducing new solutions to support rapid expansion
- Identify and implement new technologies that align with business growth and evolving data needs
- Pitch technology initiatives to the C-suite and key stakeholders, securing alignment and investment for transformation projects
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing technology team with the evolving needs of the business
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align technology strategy with company goals and operational priorities
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in technology transformation, digital modernization, or similar leadership roles
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps, driving long-term innovation and efficiency
- Deep knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and enterprise software systems, ensuring scalable and secure solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
The Benefits:
A base salary between $230,000 - $250,000 equity and comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401k benefits
