The Role: Recruitment Consultant – A Sales Position!
- Business Development: Spend about half your day prospecting, cold calling, and building new client relationships. You’ll pitch our services to hiring managers looking for top talent.
- Candidate Sourcing: The other half of your day will be focused on sourcing and screening candidates to find the right fit for your clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a go-to expert in the Data & AI recruitment market.
- Target Driven: This is a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment with targets to hit, so resilience is key. Expect a fair amount of rejection (especially in cold outreach) and be ready to keep pushing forward!
About You
Whether you’re a recent grad or someone considering a career change, we provide full training, so prior experience in recruitment is not required. We’re looking for individuals who share these qualities:

- Hybrid Model After 6 Months: Your first 6 months will be mandatory onsite for 5 days a week. After 6 months you can work 4 days in office and 1 day from home.
