The Role
- Examine eCommerce and digital customer journeys to identify performance gaps and propose strategies for optimization, including funnel analysis and conversion enhancement.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques (Clustering, Regression, Forecasting) to derive insights from Adobe Analytics, employing Python or R as necessary.
- Create and automate reporting processes with Adobe Analytics, Excel, and Reportbuilder to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
- Work collaboratively with business and analytics teams to define issues, structure analyses, and deliver actionable insights.
