THE ROLE
-Build ML applications from scratch.
-Drive major contributions to foundational open-source projects focused on LLMs.
-Work on cutting-edge projects at the intersection of engineering and research.
-Contribute to everything from advanced inference methods to optimization strategies.
-Shape the project and collaborate closely with a small, highly skilled team.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- You hold a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Your background is rooted in Machine Learning, with a focus on infrastructure engineering or finance.
-Significant contributions to key open-source projects related to LLMs
- You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and have been through rounds of funding or scaling at one previously.
-Prior experience at a top applied research company is a huge plus
-Deep technical expertise and experience driving challenging projects from idea to execution.
-Brings knowledge of LLMs or reinforcement learning, with experience working at the frontier of cutting-edge technology.
BENEFITS
