The Role :

As a Founding Engineer, you are responsible for spearheading the development of our AI-driven accounting platform from the ground up. You excel in architecting intricate systems and crafting solutions that pave the way for the future of financial technology. Other responsibilities include :

• The design, development, and implementation of our AI-driven accounting platform using Python.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Building scalable, efficient, and maintainable codebase adhering to industry best practices.
• Innovation by researching and integrating emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities.
• Creating coding standards, development processes, and quality assurance procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Full ownership of project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
• Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution.

The Benefits :

As a Founding Product Engineer, you will receive a $180,000-$230,000 base salary. This role also includes significant equity, 401k, health, dental, and vision care.
