By leveraging artificial intelligence, they streamline bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial reporting while integrating human expertise when needed. Their platform automates tasks like transaction categorization, tax filings, and financial insights, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy. With 24 / 7 support, they provide a seamless blend of technology and expert guidance to optimize financial operations.

THE ROLE – Full-Stack Engineer

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing AI-driven financial automation, working directly with the executive team in a fast-moving, highly iterative environment. This role offers significant ownership, requiring a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can deliver high-impact solutions with minimal oversight. Further responsibilities include :

  • AI-Driven Financial Automation : Enhance and optimize accounting workflows with AI-powered technology.
  • Security & Scalability : Ensure the platform can scale efficiently without adding unnecessary complexity.
  • Data Extraction & AI Insights : Automate invoice data extraction and financial analysis to improve decision-making.
  • Analytics & Customer Insights : Develop tools to minimize manual input and enhance data-driven decision-making.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Highly autonomous and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Execution-focused, comfortable rapidly shipping and iterating on ideas.
  • Experience with OCR and AI-powered financial tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a preference for unique thinkers over traditional backgrounds.
  • Willing to embrace a high-intensity, startup culture.

    • SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience in full-stack development.
  • Proficiency with TypeScript, Tailwind, Next.js, Python, and GCP.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, highly iterative engineering environment.
  • Preferred location : NYC-based candidates (in-office 5 days a week, with some flexibility).

    • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

    As Full-Stack Engineer, you will earn up to $190,000 plus significant equity and full benefits.
