THE ROLE
My client is searching for a Founding Head of AI Engineering to develop and optimize their LLM purpose-built to enhance financial compliance efforts. Simply put, this person will be responsible for building the modeling that will prevent the next major financial crisis. Key responsibilities include :
- Pioneering AI efforts within a rapidly growing organization
- Developing and maintaining crucial, fail-resistant data pipelines.
- Organizing, scaling, and maintaining many data models that operate in tandem.
