Harnham is a globally leading recruitment agency in the Data Analytics space which is growing in New York. We work with a variety of clients across a range of industries offering both perm and temp hiring solutions to the clients we have established connections with.
We are currently looking for experienced Contract recruiters to join our thriving contract desk!
In this role, you will:
- Partner with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct in-depth candidate searches, leveraging your industry expertise and network to identify high-potential individuals.
- Pre-screen and qualify candidates, ensuring they meet the essential criteria for the role.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and post offer to ensure the candidates start the placements.
- Immerse yourself in the Data & Ai space -staying up to date with market trends and providing insight with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing exceptional service throughout.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
- Act as a positive role model and provide support to junior consultants in the team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record of success in a 360 contract building a book of runners
- Has excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have proven experience in networking with new clients and signing terms to bring new jobs into the team
- Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
