The Role – Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics
As a Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics, you will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy and driving operational efficiency. You will partner with sales teams and leadership to define key performance metrics, implement data-driven strategies, and improve customer experience across online and in-store channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales performance strategies, optimizing customer service models and operational efficiency.
- Partner with sales leadership to refine performance metrics and drive improvements in sales team effectiveness.
- Analyze seasonality trends, incentive structures, and digital sales tools to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead omnichannel strategy development, ensuring seamless integration between online, app-based, and in-store experiences.
- Manage and mentor a team of five analysts, guiding data-driven decision-making across business units.
Your Skills and Experience
- 5 years of experience in business strategy, analytics, or sales operations.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and drive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with SQL and Snowflake for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience managing direct reports, with a track record of team leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills, ideally from a consulting or financial services background.
