Role Overview:

• Requirements Gathering: Lead the documentation of business requirements, use stories, and technical specifications to support the delivery of data-driven solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with teams through the entire product lifecycle, from conception and testing to deployment and ongoing enhancement of data analytics solutions.

Skills & Experience Needed to Succeed:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, particularly in the data and analytics domain.
• Tools & Techniques: Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel for data reporting and analysis.
• Agile Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile development practices and experience working in an Agile or hybrid environment.
• Business Process Analysis: Expertise in documenting and analyzing business requirements and process modeling to implement effective solutions.
• AI & ML Knowledge: Experience working on AI/ML projects and understanding how data analytics can improve business processes.
