About the Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of clients, specialising in the Data Analytics sector. This position will involve 70-80% business development, building upon the existing client connections across California.
We're looking for someone who loves business development, enjoys the challenge of winning new business and has a great BD strategy to bring to the buzzing and thriving AI market.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Around 70% is business development identifying new leads and clients to work with, 30% candidate sourcing and managing the interview processes to offer
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing your client base
- Business development and chasing leads to win jobs
- Negotiating and closing deals to achieve your personal and team target
- Providing expert market insights and tailored solutions to both clients and candidates
- Working closely with the team to share best practices and foster a collaborative environment
