As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you’ll be a 360 full desk recruiter managing client expectations and sourcing candidates within specialist data analytics roles. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and matching top talent with the best job opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles
- Identifying business opportunities and growing your client base
- Using your sales skills to negotiate and close deals
- Continuously developing your expertise in recruitment and the industries we serve
- Providing solutions to problems that arise under pressure
- Managing your time between client and candidate work
- Around 60% is business development identifying new leads and clients to work with, 40% candidate sourcing and managing the interview processes to offer.
