About the Role
As a Staff Analytics Engineer , you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement logical data models that drive critical decision-making across the enterprise. You will play a pivotal role in architecting data systems, maintaining data quality, and creating tools that enable self-service analytics for teams in Engineering, Product, Finance, and other business domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document company-wide single-source-of-truth data models.
- Architect and maintain performant, reliable data pipelines and models to support :
- Self-service data consumption.
- Flexible querying and visualization.
- Advanced analytical and scientific use cases.
- Act as a data steward and subject-matter expert for assigned business and technology domains.
- Build and enhance internal data tooling, focusing on :
- Error logging, auditing, and data validation.
- Democratizing data model and pipeline ownership.
- Improving data discoverability and usability.
- Advocate for and implement best practices for data modeling and development standards.
- Drive data quality by transforming complex, dynamic datasets into consistent, trustworthy resources.
