The Opportunity :

The Role :
As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you will architect and develop robust systems, drive the implementation of DevOps practices, and contribute to building a scalable platform. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, setting the foundation for a potential transition into a Product Manager role.
Responsibilities :
- Architect, design, and implement full-stack solutions using Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other modern technologies.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain CI / CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes.
- Design and optimize scalable APIs and microservices for seamless integration across the platform.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform reliability and performance.
- Actively contribute to the team’s DevOps culture by automating processes and promoting best practices.
- Work closely with leadership to understand product strategy and help shape the roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, innovative engineering culture.
- Engage in cross-functional discussions to gain insights into customer needs, preparing for a future transition into product management.
