The Role
As the VP of Analytics you would be the first data hire, responsible for building out the analytics infrastructure and team that would support the organization.
- Define the vision, roadmap, and operating model for analytics across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify high-value opportunities for data and analytics.
- Work cross-functionally to design and implement foundational systems for data ingestion, modelling, reporting, and governance.
- Develop dashboards, run analyses, and shape KPIs in the early days, while hiring and mentoring a world-class team over time.
- Enable real-time, actionable insights that support growth, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- Promote data literacy, self-service analytics, and experimentation throughout the company.
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience across the healthcare industry is essential
- Proven experience building and scaling analytics functions from 0 at a fast-growing SaaS or tech company
- Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to be execution-focused and hands-on.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing across a matrixed organization.
- Deep knowledge of modern analytics stacks (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Looker, etc.).
- Full right to work in the US
Salary : $250,000 - $280,000
